Biography
Victoria (Jackson) Hubbard is a part of US Black heritage.
Victoria was the daughter of Thomas and Adeline Jackson. Her father was born in Kentucky and her mother in Alabama. She was age 14 and living in their household in Walker County, Texas in 1870.[1]
