Margaret Jackson was born ca 1711; age 65 in 1776 census of Lower Potomac Hundred. She was the d/o John Jackson, b. ca 1685, and Ruth Beall (of Alexander, immigrant). ^[1]

On 9 Nov 1719, her father Alexander gave her a tract called Jackson's Improvement, portion of Friendship Enlarged. ^[2]
