Moses Bean James was born at Deerfield, New Hampshire, 12 Mar 1777; d at Lowell, Massachusetts, 17 Jan 1833, and buried in the School Street Cemetery at Lowell; m by 1801, Martha "Polly" Young "of Deerfield", 23 May 1776, d at Raymond, NH, 8 Aug 1854.
Moses was a farmer. He removed to Candia shortly after the birth of his son, Jacob, and thence to Lowell. [1]

David James, FTDNA kit #24887, and his sixth cousin, once removed, Living James, FTDNA kit #80923, match at a Genetic Distance of 4 on 67 markers, thereby confirming their direct paternal lines back to their MRCA John James. FTDNA indicates that the probability the two share a common ancestor within the last 6 generations is 49.21% and within the last 10 generations is 83.71%.
