Biography

Issac James is one of twins.

Issac was born in Saint Croix, US Virgin Islands on October 6, 1917. He is the son of Mary Anne Petersen and Joseph James. Issac is the twin brother of Benjamin James.


He passed away in New York on February 19, 1993.
