In 1911 she was with her parents and siblings at 19 Farrell Street, off Howley Lane, Warrington. Her father was a carter. ^[2]

She married Norman Davey in 1934. Their marriage was registered in Newton le WIllows, Lancashire. ^[4]

In 1939 she was recorded with her husband in Newton Le Willows. Her father was living with them, together with 2 other occupants. ^[1]
