Biography
Gordon was born on 23 February 1906. He was the son of Richard James and his wife Mary Jane Bennett nee James.
Gordon married Rita Maisie Majorie Tarran (1905-1988) at Longfleet St. Mary on 3 April 1932.
Gordon and Rita had three sons. The family lived at 34 Whitefield Road, Parkstone.
Gordon died on 22 April 1974. His widow Rita later went into Moundsmere Nursing Home in Durrant Road, Parkstone and died on 3 July 1988.
