Biography
Maud Mary James was born in 1879 in Sandhurst, Victoria to mother Agnes (Murdoch) James and father Benjamin James [1] She married William Courtis in 1907.[2]
In 1922[3], 1939[4] and 1941[5] she was registered to vote at 25A Burn St, Golden Square Sub-division, Bendigo Division. Her occupation was home duties.
She passed away in Bendigo in 1973, aged 83. Her father was Benjamin James and her mother was Agnes Murdoch.[6]
