Biography

George had three children, his son Wilfred was killed in action in the First World War in 1917, his daughter Daisy died at the age of 22 in 1915 and his other daughter Amy lived a long life dying in 1972 but never married, so it looks like the end of the line for this branch of the tree. George had a half brother Mark from his father's previous marriage to Elizabeth Hiscock.
