Biography
Caroline James, daughter of Richard James, [1] was born in about 1826 in Southampton, Hampshire. [2] She married James Coombes on 13 June 1847 at St. Mary's Church, Church Road, Cowes, Isle of Wight. [1]

On 7 April 1861 in Newport Road, Ryde, Isle of Wight, with her husband James Coombes and their children James H. Coombes aged 13, Caroline J. Coombes aged 8, George E. Coombes aged 6 and Frances S. Coombes aged 3. [2]
