Biography

Elizabeth Ann Jameson was born on 26 May 1811 in New Brunswick, Canada, the child of John Jameson and Mary Pine. When she was 15, she married John Wallace Brown on 25 Apr 1827 in AroostookCounty, Maine. She signed her will in 1885. She died on 18 Mar 1892 in Washburn, Aroostook, Maine,[1] and was buried in Washburn, Aroostook, Maine (Riverside Cemetery).[2]

1850 Census: Elizabeth Ann Jameson lived in Salmon Brook Plantation, Aroostook, Maine (Age: 40).[3]

1860 Census: She lived in Township 12 Range 4, Aroostook, Maine.

1870 Census: She lived in Castle Hill, Aroostook, Maine.[4]

1880 Census: She lived in Castle Hill, Aroostook, Maine (Age: 68; Marital Status: Widowed; Relation to Head of House: Mother).[5]
