Biography
Roelof Jansen was baptized January 17, 1693/4 in the Lutheran Church in Albany, New York. His parents were Jan Albertsz and Geesje Jansz (possibly van Meppelen). [1][2]
He married Elizabeth Schermerhorn in the Reformed Church in Albany on 12 February 1727/8.[3][4] They had several children.
