Still trying to merge Johnson-1092 into this profile. They are clear duplicates. Since the profile is project protected I don't want to mess anything up. There was no response to the merge request for a month so it defaulted to approved.

Jansen-1954 and Johnson-1092 appear to represent the same person because: Same information, the names have been "anglicized". Not sure which direction the merge should go (to JANSEN or JOHNSON) but they appear to be the same person.

Johnson-1092 and Jansen-1954 are not ready to be merged because: Project protected so didn't merge although there was no response to the merge request. Needs a look.

Johnson-1092 and Jansen-1954 appear to represent the same person because: Probably the person's original name should be used with Preferred Name and Other Last Names fields used to indicate the name he used in the U.S. These appear to be duplicates. There are also duplicates in the wives with the same issue (original spelling vs. "Americanized" spelling.
