Biography

Children: Jan (Nov 5 1591, born even before his parents were betrothed!, witness Marrij Sijmons), Taems (July 24 1594, witness Diew Sijmons), Danijel (Dec 5 1595), Claes (March 8 1598), Sijbrech (April 30 1600).

Jan Jans and Trijn Taems were betrothed November 24 1591 and married March 22 1592 in Enkhuizen. At the time of their marriage Jan lived on Sint Janstraat but came from Unna in Nordrhein Westphalen in Germany and Trijn lived on Sint Janstraat.

This is working under the assumption that the surname Koesvelt is a shortened form of Koningsvelt.
