Biography
News Item - Catskill Mountain News - Page 1, August 23, 1907:
Mrs, Eliza Hubbell of Kelly Corners, wife of the late Elder Hubbell, suffered a stroke of paralysis last week and is in a very feeble condition at present.

Mrs. J. D. Hubbell, widow of the late Elder Hubbell, died at her home in Kelly Corners Sunday morning at the age of 76 years. She had been ill for about 5 years, having suffered a stroke of paralysis at that time and had been tenderly cared, for by her two sons and their families since.
Mrs. Hubbell was very well known in this section of Delaware county and the funeral which was held on Tuesday was attended from a wide section attesting the esteem in which she had been held by the community.
The interment was made beside her late husband in the Kelly Corners Cemetery.
