She was the daughter of Michel Jarret and Marianne Loiseau.

Marie Josèphe, fille de Michel JARED BEAUREGARD et Marie Anne LOISEAU, est née et baptisée le 12 avril 1767 à St-Antoine-sur-Richelieu (St-Antoine-de-Padoue). [1]

Le 28 janvier à 1788, à St-Antoine-sur-Richelieu (St-Antoine-de-Padoue), elle épouse Louis POULIN, fils de Louis et Marie Françoise DRAPEAU LAFORGE. [2] Leurs enfants connus sont:

  2. Marie Amable, n. 1790 - d. 1791
  3. Madeleine, n. 1791 - m. 1835 à Jean Baptiste POUDRET LAVIGNE

En secondes noces, le 8 octobre 1798 à St-Antoine-sur-Richelieu (St-Antoine-de-Padoue), elle épouse Jean Baptiste MARTIN, fils d'Antoine et Marie Madeleine BONNIER LAPLANTE. [4] Avec lui, elle aura 9 autres enfants:
