Effie Vera Jarrett was born on 13 Feb 1906^[1] in Ulmarra, New South Wales, Australia as the second child of George Jarrett and Rebecca Preston. She had six siblings, namely: Mona Olive, Frank Sinclair, Harley Joseph, Charlie Len, Bert Roy, and Jack Clive. She died on 17 Aug 1982^[2] in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. When she was 20, she married Malcolm Keith Eggins, son of William Eggins and Susan Emily Hardy, on 23 Feb 1926^[3] in Kyogle, New South Wales, Australia. When she was 39, she married Frederick Neil McKinnon on 15 May 1946^[4] in Annandale, New South Wales, Australia.
