Biography

Thomas was born in 1700.

6 Oct 1756, an administrators bond was posted by administratrix Jemima Jay on the estate of Thomas Jay in Baltimore County, Maryland. Jacob giles and Amos Garrett were sureties. The estate was administered 12 Nov 1759 and 13 Dec 1759[1][2]

Inventory taken 24 Dec 1756. Stephen Jay and Jacob Giles (as next of kin) approved the inventory. Jemima Jay, administratrix, swore to the accuracy 29 Oct 1757. Value = £68. 0. 7.[3]
