Biography

Augustin Jeansonne, son of Jean Jeansonne and Anastasie Prejean, was born about 1785.[1]

He married Marie Guillory, daughter of Louis Guillory and Marie Jeanne Fontenot about 1810.[1]

Marie died about 1843, her succession was dated 7 July 1843 in St. Landry Parish.[1]

Augustin died on 10 Dec. 1847 his death was recorded at St. Landry Catholic Church, Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana. His succession was dated 21 Dec. 1847 at St. Landry Parish.[1]
