Rebecca was born about 1843 at Brimstone in Campbell County, Tennessee, on December 17, 1849 Brimstone became part of Scott County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of John and Milly Jeffers. Rebecca married James Chambers. She passed away about 1897 at Huntsville in Scott County.
