John Jeffers was born in Ireland.

John was born about 1832, son of James Jeffers and …?....

John Jeffers, farmer from Teemore, married Maria Jeffers from Ahorey, both full age, on 16 January 1862 at the Mullabrack Parish Church, County Armagh, Ireland. Fathers both named James Jeffers (farmer), witnesses John McStay and John Jackson. [1][2] [3]

They lived in Teemore, County Armagh where their children were born.

Wife Maria passed away in 1877, aged 35.

He passed away in 1892, aged 60, a widower Sherriff's Bailiff. Brother-in-law Samuel Cully present at death. [4] [5]

Probate granted on 3 May 1892 at Armagh, County Armagh. [6]

The Will of John Jeffers late of Teemore County Armagh Farmer who died 14 April 1892 at same place was proved at Armagh by Robert M'Cune of Tandragee Money Lender and William Parks of Teemore Farmer both said County the Executors. Effects £17 14s
