On 5 June 1900 Irishman Isaac R Jeffers (35) Life Insurance, Naturalized & in the US 13 years, married 10 years to wife, Vermont born Carrie Jeffers (37), daughter Grace E Jeffers (10) and Vermont born in-laws Fernando N Westcott (67) Carpenter & Rhoda S Westcott (57) married 40 years with Missouri born servant Lillie Fritsch (18) with German parents lived in Parnell Avenue, Chicago Ward 31, Cook, Illinois. In 1906 the Jeffers family lived at 1610 Division, Nashville, Tennessee. Richard was the Vice President & Gen Manager for Nashville Carbon & Oil Co. [2]
