William married on 13 July 1829 at St Hilda, Egton, Yorkshire, England to Mary Mead.[4]
FindaGrave includes a photo of William's head stone. The stone reports he died on July 10, 1890, aged 90 years. He was buried at the Egton Cemetery, Egton, Scarborough Borough, North Yorkshire, England.[5]
