Stephen was born about 1849. As a widower, he married Maud P Dennis in 1909 in Annapolis County.[1] He married Ella M. Wilson in 1925 in Annapolis County.[2]
Originally a farmer in Moschelle, he eventually moved to Lawrencetown, N.S. and opened a general store. He was married 4 times and outlived all but his fourth wife.
