Biography
Vernon Thero Jeffries was born on March 5, 1920, in Washington.
His father, Elijah, was 36 and his mother, Alma, was 42. He had three sisters.
He died on April 9, 1991, in Suquamish, Kitsap County, Washington, at the age of 71, and was buried in Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.
I think he never married.
