The Find-A-Grave reference states that Susannah was born in 1696 and died 23 Aug 1736 (aged 39–40), which indicate that her birth date is an "about" date with the actual date month and day unknown. I cannot read the actual dates in the photo of the stone.

I am questioning the death of Susanna Jenks Bucklin. The stone that gives the death as August 23, 1736 also gives her age as 30. This would make her birth in 1700. There is a Susanna Jenks born May 24, 1700 in Attleboro. Her parents are Daniel and Katharine. The Bucklin Society tells us that our Susanna Jenks is the daughter of William and Patience Spraque Jenks.
