Biography

Christiana was christened in Wendron on 27 May 1810, to John and Grace Jenkin. She married William Pearce in Wendron on 15 Feb 1829. In 1841 Christiana was age 30, living with her husband and children in Halwen, Wendron. In 1951, her husband William is not listed, and Christiana is described as “formerly a miner’s wife.” William Pearce buried in Wendron on 30 Aug 1849 appears to be her husband.
