Mabel Elenora Jenkins was born on April 4, 1869 in Christchurch, Hampshire, England, United Kingdom.^[1] Mabel, daughter of James Baker Jenkins and Sarah Margaret Ruth Tucker, was baptised on 13 June 1869 in Christchurch, Hampshire, England.^[2]

At the time of the 1881 England census, Mable was living with parents and two siblings on Castle Street in Christchurch. She was 11-years-old.^[3]

In the 1911 census Mabel, age 41 was living with her mother, age 71, at their home at Wickford, 10 Sopers Lane, Christchurch, Hants, Christchurch, England. They were living on private means.^[4]

After the death of her mother in 1924 Mabel, age 55, married recently widowed Thomas Duncan Keighley. Their marriage was registered in the Jan-Feb-Mar quarter of 1925 in the Christchurch district.^[5] Her husband died 10 years later.

In the 1939 register Mabel was a 70 year old widow and living on Manor Road in Christchurch, Hampshire, England.^[6]
