Valentine Jenkins Sr. was one of the Founding Fathers of St. Albans Vermont.

Valentine was born 14 Feb 1730/1 at East Greenwich, Rhode Island.[1] He was the son of Jedediah and Hannah Jenkins.[1]

He was enumerated in the 1790 census in St. Albans, Vermont.[2]
