Franklin lived with his parents and siblings in Brome, Quebec, Canada in 1871. [1] They were in North Sutton, a sub-distict of Brome, Quebec and Franklin was listed as farmer's son under occupation. [2]
Frank was a merchant (grocer) and postmaster in Gore Bay, Algoma, Ontario, Canada. [3][4] Franklin S. Jennings and Wilhelmina Victoria Ann Dinsmore were married 8 Aug 1889 in Wilhelmina's father's house in Wiarton. [5][6] They lived in Gore Bay. Frank died 14 Oct 1900 of Bright's disease in Manitoulin, Ontario, Canada. [7] He was buried in Bayview Cemetery, Wiarton, Ontario with his father. [8]

Franklin was born in Dec 1861 in the USA according to the church marriage register. His records in the 1871 and 1881 census say he was born in Quebec.
