William Earnest Jennings was born in January, 1880 in Oregon, son of Thomas Jennings (1851–1916) and Mary E Earnest (1861–1936).

William passed away on June 7, 1898 in Polk County, Oregon, United States, aged 18. He was buried in Jennings Cemetery, Zena, Polk County, Oregon.[1]
