Sir Philip Jennings, 1st Bart. Clerke of Duddlestone was born in 1722, son of Philip Jennings of Duddleston Hall in Shropshire and his second wife, Dorothy Clerke. [1]
He married, before 1756, Anne Thompson, daughter of Colonel Richard Thompson of Jamaica and Coley Park in Reading.[1] They had 2 sons and a daughter.[1]
He passed away in 1788. [1]
