Biography

Robert was born 24 July 1684 in Watertown, Massachusetts, the son of Ensign Samuel Jenison and Judith Macombe/r/Newcomb.

His grandfather Robert was an early settler of Watertown, Massachusetts with his brother William. His grandfather left property inherited from his brother to his grandsons Robert and William.

Robert married the widow Dorothy Thomas Whittmore, daughter of George and Rebecca Thomas.
