Louise Harriet Jerome was born in 1921 in Massachusetts.^[1] to Frederick William Jerome born about 1893 in North Adams, MA (his father was from New York and mother from Massachusetts), and Amy Mary Breed b about 1895 in Lenox, Massachusetts and whose parents were from England.^[2]

Her brothers were George W., Charles F., Arthur S.(or B) Jerome.^[2]

She married Richard Bourque. Was divorced from Richard, date unknown
