Biography

Aaron Jerome was born on 4 December 1764 at Wallingford, New Haven Co., Connecticut; or Stockbridge, Berkshire Co., Massachusetts.^[1][2] He was the son of Samuel Jerome and Lucy Foster.^[1][2] Aaron Jerome married Elizabeth Ball, daughter of Lebbeus Ball and Thankful Stowe, on 11 January 1785 at Granville, Hampden Co., Massachusetts.^[1][2] Aaron Jerome died on 14 April 1802 at Pompey, Onondaga Co., New York, at age 37.^[1][2] He was buried at Sweet Cemetery, Pompey, Onondaga Co., New York.^[1][3][4]

Aaron Jerome is the second great grandfather of Great Britain’s Sir Winston Churchill.
