Clara was born on 13 April 1865 in Wisbech County of Cambridge. She was the daughter of [Jessop-35|John Brown Jessop] and [Needham-117|Elizabeth [Needham Jessop].She was Christened 3rd June 1866. Residence Cunnington Square Wisbech.
Clara was aged 5 at the 1871 census Wisbech St Mary Cambridgeshire Scholar .
Her Father was a Police Officer Previously a Mariner. The Household consisted of Elizabeth [Mother]
