Biography

Gwendolyn was born in 1909 in Sydney, Australia.^[1]

She married Daniel Claude O'Leary in New Zealand on the 1st of May, 1929.^[2]

Gwendolyn separated from Daniel some time after their marriage and then started a relationship with John Joseph around October 1941 after he separated from his wife Fanny; they remained together until his death, and she changed her surname to his, but they never married.^[3]

She passed away in New Zealand in 1982.^[4]

Notes

Gwendolyn's maiden name was spelled 'Jessep' as opposed to 'Jessop'.
