Biography

John was born 26 December 1921 in Ottumwa, Wapello County, Iowa. He was the son of Harold Jessop and Margaret Sutton.

John married Theresa Jeanne Grantham 19 January 1943 in Flint, Genesee County, Michigan. They had 5 children. 2 living to the age of maturity. They divorced 12 September 1947 in Flint, Genesee County, Michigan.

John married Cleo Ellen Cummins 14 June 1948 at Rural Route 10, Bloomfield, Davis County, Iowa. There were no children to this union. They later divorced.

John married May Lena Webb in March 1966 in Pinellas, Florida. There were no children to this union.

John passed away 1 December 2012 in Holiday, Pasco County, Florida. He was buried at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Sumter County, Florida.

Obituary

JESSOP, John H. 90, of Holiday, died Dec. 1, 2012. He was an Army veteran of WWII. Survived by his loving wife, May; several nieces and nephews.
