Biography

Ransom is the son of Charles Jeter and Elizabeth Caswell in Georgia. He was born in 1823 and married in 1845 to Susan Colson Kindred in Macon, Alabama. He died in Helicon Methodist Church Cemetery, Helicon, Crenshaw, Alabama.
