Richardson was born in 1813. He passed away in 1897.
Notes
Richardson Jobe's gravestone was the only remaining marked gravestone in the Hargis-Jones Cemetery. The gravestone states, "Richardson Jobe, aged 84 years". The Hargis Joens Cemetery was removed in 2008, to make room for a new subdivision and a new school on Rock Springs Road. Four graves were disinterred and moved to Double Springs Baptist Church. The new gravestone has written, "Richardson Jobe, C.S.A., Trevitt's Co. and 60th TN INF; his wife, Eliza Jones Jobe; Members of the John Jones Family re-interred from Jones-Jobe Cemetery."
