Jemima Johnson was born on 28 Aug 1755 in Hanover, Virginia to parents Ashley Johnson and Martha Woodey. She married William Zachary about 1778 in Hanover, Virginia. Children: John Alexander, William, David, Mary Polly, James A, Elizabeth, Joseph, Jemima, Alexander. She died on 24 May 1849 in North Carolina.[1][2]
