I, William S. Johnson, aged 77 years, a resident of Howell County,
Missouri, do make, declare and publish this my Last Will and Testament
hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me made.
First: All my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid.
Second: I give and devise to my beloved wife Polly Johnson all of the
residue and remainder of my property of every kind and nature, she to
have and to hold the same for her own use and benefit so long as she
remains my widow. In case of her remarriage or at her death whatever
remains of my estate shall be disposed of as follows: First I give to my
daughter Emma Johnson one hundred dollars to be paid to her in cash; the
remainder to be by my executor sold and the proceeds divided share and
share alike between all of my children.
Third: I hereby appoint R.S. Hogan executor of this my last will and
testament. Witness my hand this

We each of us in the presence of each other and in the presence of
William S. Johnson and at his request have hereunto subscribed our names
as witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing which the said
William S. Johnson declared to to be his last Will.
