Her parents were Dr James Johnson, physician, and his wife Mary Hannah née Ward; she was baptized at St Etheldreda, Norwich, on 13 Dec. 1840 and was aged 6 months in the 1841 census.
She was buried with her husband in Ballymena cemetery; her will was proved in Belfast on 18 Apr. 1928 and in London on the 27th.
