Biography

Martha was born in 1800. She is the daughter of Thomas Johnson and Sally Dickerson. Patsy moved to Kentucky after 1826.

On 26 October 1818 she married William Morgan in Bedford County, Virginia.[1] They had the following children:

  • Sarah Amanda (Morgan) Robinson[2]
  • William Francis Morgan, 11 January 1823–28 November 1888[3]
  • James Gardner Morgan, 26 April 1827–23 November 1899[4]
  • Martha Morgan
  • Mildred Mary (Morgan) Saunders, 6 September 1839–21 January 1906[5]
  • Caroline Victoria (Morgan) Webb[6]
