AFTER 16 YEARS.
Kate Johnson, formerly Gent, asked for relief from Thomas Henry Johnson, on the ground of adultery. The marriage took place in April, 1886, at Sydney, according to the Anglican rites. Petitioner deposed to having lived with her husband for sixteen years. She had seen him enter a certain house in Elizabeth-street with a woman. It was in October last, and at night. A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute in three months.
Remarriage
Kate Johnson then remarried to James Walker in 1903.
