Biography
Susannah was born in Swinton about 1807. She lived in the Manchester area all her life. She married Theophilus Parkinson in 1826 in Prestwich, and they had eight children, the last of whom was born in 1849. She died in 1852 aged 44. If she died in childbirth, the child wasn't born alive, as there are no Parkinson births registered in the area in 1852-3 with mother Johnson.

Given the combination of unusual first names in the family, the correspondence of names and ages and the father's job and area of residence, I think this is almost certainly the right family in 1841 and the person who wrote the names down must have made a mistake or misheard the surname:
