• Census records indicate he was born in Indiana not Illinois.
• Changed death date to 31 Jan 1956 from 31 Jul 1956. Other than findagrave (no day/month on gravestone), there are no other sources on the actual death day/month that can be found, yet. If anyone has a death certificate, that could answer it for sure. Most family trees in FamilySearch/MyHeritage indicate 31 Jan 1956, but they also all seem to refer to the findagrave site as their source.
