In 1719 he owned several tracts in the town, among them a grant of forty acres, a piece of about twenty-two acres, and a four acre sheep lot.[2]

He married Deborah Champion, daughter of Thomas and Hannah (Brockway) Champion, in Norwich on October 29, 1717.[2][3][4] Children, born in Norwich:
