Benjamin Johnston was enumerated next in the 1830 census of Cabell County, Virginia [4] In addition Cabell County Virginia tax lists 1832-1840 show Benjamin Johnson resided there.[5]
He was in the 1840 census for Cabell County, Virginia. [6]
He was enumerated in the 1850 census living in the household of his son Burwell and died after that date.[7]
