Biography
Alice was born in 1884 to Cicero Johnston and Georgia Jane Hawkins. It's not clear what happened to her mother, but her father remarried in 1886, and Alice is not listed in his 1900 census, though she would have only been around 16. Alice married twice, first in 1901, and was widowed by her first husband in 1929. She passed away in 1943 at 58 years old from a ruptured gall bladder.
