James Galloway (1807-1882) was married to Elizabeth Lee (1814-1870) but she was never married to a Hoyt. I have all their descendants and many sources for the two of them, 1840, 1850,1860, 1870 , 1880 Census, burial records, James' will and some land records. They were born in GA, married there and then moved to Alabama and lived in Barbour and Pike Counties. and Elizabeth died in Brundidge, Pike, AL, but was only married to James Galloway so please do not merge these two James Galloways. Thanks For further info you can contact me at [email address removed]
Thanks so much, Owen. Your information really helped. I'm coming to the conclusion that Benajah and Deborah were not her parents. They may have had a daughter Deborah Williams, but she would have been born too early to have been my Deborah Williams. I found birth and marriage records for some of the people you entered in The Ricker Compilation, and added those sources for you.
Hi Owen, I'm descended from a Deborah Williams who married John Owen on March 4, 1762. I've found an online tree that shows that Benajah Williams-28345 and Deborah Parke-308 are Deborah Williams parents. What sources do you have for the profiles you posted for Benajah Williams, his wife Deborah Parke, and their daughter Desire Williams-28344? I'm hoping that will help me with my ancestors also. Thanks for any help you can provide!
Hi Owen, Thanks for the note and reminder on Spanheimer-1. I think I have all the corrections done from the bad merge and I have removed the warning message. Make sure that you add your sources as you add/change data to this and any profile....it helps in the future.
